Meet Aron and Vanessa Filetti, the faces and operators of Rocksalt. Aron is the Head Chef and Vanessa runs front of house.

Running the restaurant together for over 10 years, Aron and Vanessa have combined their love and passion for the food and beverage industry and created the amazing Rocksalt Restaurant.

 

Aron and his team create consistently great and innovative food and, when paired with Vanessa’s passion for exceptional customer service, they really do make the best team.
