Sonoma Sourdough Bread Roll (GF on Req) served w/ butter

 

ENTREES.

Salt & Pepper Lamb Cutlets crispy fried w/ fennel and cumin salt, sriracha mayo, fried chilli & shallots

Tiger Prawn Stack (GF) tiger prawns, crispy potato rosti, avocado, black sesame & cocktail aioli

Tempura Zucchini Flowers (V, GF on req) stuffed with four Italian cheeses w/ pea puree, shaved parmesan, cress & soft herbs

Scallops in the Half Shell (GF on req) 4 seared scallops w/ ginger and shallot, soy reduction, pork crumb, pickled ginger & Asian micro herbs

Prawn & Chicken Dumplings spiced vinegar, chilli & shallots
